Access and manage your Fractal account, subscription, support options, and preferences through the Settings menu.
Accessing Your Settings
How to get there:
- Tap "More" in the bottom navigation bar of the Fractal App (far right)
- Tap the settings icon (gear/cog icon) in the upper right corner of the popup
Your Profile
Here, you'll see your profile information:
- Cover banner image
- Profile picture
- Name and @username
- Bio
This is how other Fractal users see you when you interact with them or share Personas.
Managing Your Profile
To edit or share your profile:
- Tap the three dots (•••) on your profile section
- Select from the menu:
- Edit Profile - Update your profile picture, cover image, name, username, and bio
- Share Profile - Share your Fractal profile with others

Your phone number (if added)
Email:
Your verified email address
Manage Subscription
View your current subscription status and manage your plan.
What you'll see:
- Subscription status (Active, Inactive, etc.)
- Platform (Web, iOS, etc.)
Tap to manage billing, change plans, or view subscription details.
Usage Limits
Check your current plan and usage across Fractal.
Your Subscription:
Displays your current plan
Your Usage:
Shows limits and current usage
Support Options
Chat with Support
Get real-time help from the Fractal support team.
What happens:
- Opens a live chat interface
- Chat directly with the support team about any issues or questions

Share your feedback by rating Fractal on the App Store. Opens directly to the app's store page.

Logout
Sign out of your Fractal account on this device.
What happens:
- You'll be logged out immediately
- Your data remains safe and accessible when you log back in
Delete Account
Permanently delete your Fractal account.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, Personas, conversations, and settings will be deleted.
