Get the Fractal Messaging App

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
2. Search for "Fractal Messaging"
3. Tap "Get" to download

Sign Up (takes 2 minutes)

1. Open Fractal and tap "Enter"
2. Sign up with your phone number or email
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code you receive
4. Choose a username (your unique handle, like @yourname)
5. Add a display name and optional profile picture
6. Tap "Create Profile" – you're in!

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fractal.

Your First 5 Minutes in Fractal

Chat with Your First Persona (1 minute)

• Tap the AI Personas tab at the bottom
• Browse the AI Persona Categories, and select a category one that interests you
• Pick an AI Person from your selected category
• Tap “Message” on the Personas profile and say hello!

Understand the Layout (1 minute)

Your bottom navigation has five tabs:

• Messages 💬 – All your conversations (Groups and DMs)
• Connections ▽ – Your friends and AI Persona contacts
• AI Personas 🌀 – Browse, create, and manage AI companions
  • ＋New – Create a new AI Persona in the AI Personas Tab
• My AI 🌟– Your Personal AI Persona
• More ➾ Settings, Account and Profile Info
